The Office of Investigation required a flexible system to streamline workflows, enhance data accessibility, and improve user experience. We developed a dynamic workflow system that enables users to customize dashboards, manage security, and adjust notifications with ease. This solution supports multiple applications, allowing OIG to consolidate operations on one platform. Problem Statement

The office of investigation needed a dynamic system to support building custom dashboards, simplify data access, and provide admins with control over security, workflows, options, and notifications.

Seven unique applications were built on top of the dynamic workflow system, enabling OIG to consolidate and automate multiple operational processes onto a single platform.
User-based dashboards allow users to create, customize, and manage multiple dashboards, adding or removing widgets according to their specific needs.
Admin-managed notifications provide application administrators with the ability to create and manage notifications triggered by workflow transitions and custom events, enhancing communication and tracking.
Simplified choice management empowers application administrators to update and modify choices across workflows easily, without extensive technical involvement.
Enhanced security management enables admins to grant or revoke access permissions swiftly, ensuring users have appropriate access and maintaining data confidentiality.
Secured data visibility restricts users’ access to only assigned work, ensuring data integrity across regions and offices while protecting sensitive information.
Document templates simplify document generation, allowing users to create PDF files and digital signatures easily, saving time on repetitive document tasks.
