SAP to Sage Migration

We supported CHAP’s transition from SAP to Sage by developing a Microservice API that ensures seamless data syncing and system independence. This solution facilitates the smooth synchronization of customer information, project creation, task management, invoice generation, and revenue recognition. By removing the hard dependency on SAP, the accreditation system now operates independently while ensuring smooth data transitions and event replay for issue resolution.

Features:

  1. Microservice API for Data Synchronization: Built to sync customer information, create projects and tasks, generate invoices, and handle revenue recognition between the accreditation system and Sage.
  2. Seamless Data Migration: Transitioned all critical customer and project data from SAP to Sage without interruptions.
  3. Accreditation System Independence: Eliminated direct dependencies on external systems like SAP, ensuring the system operates smoothly with Sage.
  4. Replayable Event System: Integrated functionality to replay events in case of synchronization issues, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  5. Simplified Transition: Redesigned workflows to transition seamlessly from SAP to Sage with minimal disruptions to end users.
